  • Before sending your support request, read below.

  1. We will always respond to you as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours, during special promotions it can take up to 48 hours.

  2. Please make sure that you can receive E-mail from nomadfactory.com through your spam filter or that you add us to your friends list so you can receive your registration codes.

  3. Double check your E-mail address and your mailbox quota. Whenever we have problems with someone receiving their registration data it is usually a result of a misspelled E-mail address (often at PayPal), a spam filter rejecting our messages or a “mailbox full” error.
